Provide legal and administrative support to the Intellectual Property – Trademark/Copyright Practice Group, including assisting with trademark, service mark, and copyright filings-Draft client correspondence, perform preliminary clearance searches, manage deadlines, and coordinate with attorneys and international counsel on prosecution and enforcement matters-Maintain and organize client case files, track case progress using internal databases, and assist with new matter intake, ensuring efficient case management across multiple client matters.
