I’m an educator and researcher driven by curiosity about how the human body works and how science can improve lives. With an M.Sc. in Human Physiology and PG Diplomas in Epidemiology & Public Health, Yoga, and Food Safety & Quality Control, I bring an interdisciplinary approach to learning and teaching.Currently, I teach in the Medical Laboratory Technology Department at Techno India University, where I enjoy guiding students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world healthcare applications.My passion lies in exploring human physiology, disease mechanisms, and preventive health, and I aim to pursue a Ph.D. to contribute meaningful research that bridges science, wellness, and public health.
