Real time alarm and performance remote monitoring of solar sites in SCADA and immediate action to coordinate with O&M Field Service and Portfolio Management the resolution of issues affecting site production and availability.• Remote inverter troubleshooting and reset where applicable using Inverter manufacturer platforms, HMI, PowerComms, and IP/VPN credentials.• Maintain sites within the CMMS, tracking equipment issues and defects throughout the entire lifetime of the assets.• Data analysis, coordination of Monthly Reports and Supporting Portfolio management team with management of events.• Act as first response, answering BOL Bat phone, AnswerForce, Blackline, Site Access, and CCTV & Security requests.
