As an Organization Development & Culture Intern at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, I support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workplace culture. I assist with the development and implementation of programs that strengthen leadership, improve communication, and foster a positive employee experience.In addition, I contribute to the hospital’s ongoing transition to Broward Health by supporting change management and alignment efforts. My prior internship experience at Broward Health provides valuable insight into system processes and organizational culture, allowing me to bridge perspectives and add value throughout the transition.This role is expanding my foundation in organizational development, change management, and healthcare leadership while preparing me for a future career in healthcare administration.
