As a Host, Journalist, and Producer, I bring 20+ years of experience creating and delivering engaging content across broadcast, digital, and live platforms. My mission is to connect, inspire, and educate through stories that celebrate culture, amplify diverse voices, and spark meaningful conversations around health, lifestyle, and entertainment.I am the creator and executive producer of Check the Rhymes TV and host of Soulibration, a live wellness show on BlackDoctor.org that reaches tens of thousands weekly. I also co-created and co-host Ladies Edition: The Podcast, which centers women’s health and wellness. My on-air work includes appearances as a contributor on ET Canada Live, TMZ Live, The Grio with Marc Lamont Hill, and as a contestant on CMT.As a freelance journalist, my writing has been featured in outlets such as USA Today Magazines, Ebony, JET, Parade, Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Shondaland, and more, covering music legends, health and lifestyle, pop culture, and social impact. Beyond reporting, I partner with organizations to produce events, panels, and summits that inform and empower communities.With a master’s degree in Sports Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, I thrive at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and impact.
