FX Hedging: Responsible for FX hedging in line with internal policies, analyzing P&L impacts, and setting forecast rates across GBP/USD/EUR.• Variance Analysis: Develop processes to analyze FX-driven variances and provide insights to Regional Managers (RMs) for accountability in forecast accuracy.• Financial Support: Provide financial analysis, support, and challenge to the commercial team, assisting RMs in maintaining effective controls over their P & Ls and evaluating promotional activities and value chains.• Variance Reporting: Investigate sales, COGs, margin, and A&P variances for insightful reporting and incorporate findings into Group submissions.• Month-End Closing: Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for IMUK P&L and balance sheet.• Quarterly Forecasting: Responsible for IMUK P&L in the quarterly forecasting and budgeting process, including data collection and analysis, and preparing variances for sales, price/volume/mix, overhead, and marketing spend.• System Reconciliations: Accountable for the completion of system reconciliations, ensuring all inputs are accurate and comply with financial procedures and timelines.• Transaction Management: Manage IMUK transaction recording, month-end journals, and resolve transactional queries.• Debtors Ledger Control: Maintain strong control over the International Markets debtors ledger, conducting monthly aged debtors reviews.• Support to Management: Provide support to the Finance Director, Financial Controller, and Commercial Finance Managers on various projects.• 3 and 5 Year BCP: Contribute to the development and implementation of 3- and 5-Year Business Continuity Plans to ensure financial stability and risk management.• Value-Adding Initiatives: Identify and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive financial performance
