   Communication Expert (IoT, NB-IoT, RF Mesh) for Smart Metering projects for UP, HR, NDMC, Rajasthan, A&N, Bihar, Assam, MGVCL, DGVCL, PVVNL, MVVNL Projects. RF planning, support and management to deploy RF meters in field, planning Gateways/DCU quantity in advance so that Gateways/DCU can be installed prior to RF meters so that RF meshing and RF proper communication can be ensured. RF meters and cellular meters planning and selecting the locations where these meters can be installed for better communications.4. Resolving non and never-communication meters with multiple approaches such as RF network optimization (adding more Gateways/DCU in network for expansion of RF network coverage) for RF meters and doing Cellular network optimization (soft and hard both) with telecom service provider to enhance the coverage to put meters in communications.5. E2E management of TSP (VIL, RJIO, Airtel, BSNL etc.) to smooth the telecom operation of AMI project.6. KPI monitoring and SLA compliance management for Load profile, Daily profile, Billing profile, RC / DC etc.7. Improving communication of smart metering projects for Cellular meters as well as for RF meters to enhance the KPI/SLA of the same with help of telecom service providers and RF OEMs.8. Support in network optimization to enhance the coverage as per threshold value for 2G/3G/4G technologies.9. Strategic planning to use/install the boosters, external antenna, small cells etc. along with TSP partners to improve the communications of dark zone and poor coverage location meters.10. Responsible the MPLS link (for Cellular and RF meters both) design, delivery and testing along with cloud and HES. Performing certain use cases (ping test, name plate reads ODR etc.) to ensure the proper functioning of MPLS link. MPLS Link redundancy (fail over test) testing at DC and DR to ensure smooth switch over between DC and DR.
