ABOUT SHAMEEKA PARRISH CAMPBELL
Program and community impact leader with more than six years of experience managing federally funded initiatives and workforce development programs within nonprofit and higher education environments.I have led the implementation of a $1.8M HRSA-funded behavioral health workforce development program, coordinating partnerships with 20+ community organizations, supporting 30 graduate fellows annually, and collaborating across multiple academic departments to strengthen workforce pipelines.My work focuses on building programs that connect education, community organizations, and workforce opportunities to expand access and improve outcomes for underserved communities.In addition to my program leadership experience, I serve as Vice Chair on the advisory board of MentalBlkMoms and am the author of This Ain’t in the Baby Book, a guide focused on maternal health and postpartum realities.Areas of focus include:• Grant-funded program management• Workforce development initiatives• Community partnerships• Higher education collaboration• Program evaluation and impact measurement
