Obtain, review and validate loan documentation to ensure within all are in compliance• Prepare CD’s (closing disclosure) and other closing documents within TRID guidelines• Collaborate with closing company/ Title agent to insure all documents match. • Create wire template for disbursement of funds. • Identify and research missing information. Communicates with 3rd party agencies and/or members to obtain and/or provide necessary documentation. Resolves member account and loan documentation issues. • Ensures the accuracy of member data entered in the money movement/disbursement system and Cadence system. • Meets or exceed member expectations on target dates within the loan closing/funding process. • Make sure all title issues are resolved prior to closing. • Communicate and/or escalate title issues to management, and outside vendors • Review underwriting funding requirements and make sure the conditions are satisfied prior to closing. • Coordinate, maintain, and update all necessary tasks and responsibilities associated with the closing process. • Timely completion of all required work functions
