My journey as a leader, coach, and advocate for inclusivity spans 16 years across IT, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and solutions delivery. Along the way, I discovered a passion for driving business success while fostering connection and transformation.In my current role, I lead a diverse team of 9 high-performing individuals while managing multimillion-dollar projects delivering innovative solutions for Fortune 500 clients. I’m known for empowering teams, driving continuous improvement, and building cultures rooted in trust, collaboration, and inclusivity—resulting in escalated quote deliveries and $5.4M in recovered funds.Beyond my corporate role, I promote well-being and belonging across Cisco. As Global Event Lead for Cisco’s Mindfulness and Resilience Inclusive Community, I organize events that nurture resilience for employees worldwide. I also serve as Co-Lead of the Mental/Emotional Wellbeing Track for Connected Black Professionals (CBP), guiding programs supporting Black professionals\' well-being.
