Responsibilities :• Representing Flowhesion at meetings, forums and other key calendar events in both Salford and at a regional level.• Proactively seeking out and taking part in Salford CVS, council CCG health, education etc strategic forums and meetings to seek out opportunities for Flowhesion to expand its project and programme delivery foot print and access grant funding in the town.• Connecting with communities to organise events, speak at events/ programmes and ensure sufficient number of people attend.• To find suitable sessional staff and volunteers to facilitate and deliver large Flowhesion programme in the areas in salford. Connecting and seeking out appropriate funding opportunities to do so.• Facilitating and delivering small projects in salford and undertake co-production and co-design sessions with service users to assert what activities they would like in the future and to address gaps and needs.• Identify, compile and submit appropriate cases to be used as case studies for monitoring, funding and organisational reports.• Maintaining professional relationships with all of Flowhesion existing and future partners and work in the best interests of the organisation.• To actively promote the charity, in the course of duties, with clients, Health & social care professionals, and other relevant staprofessionals. Promoting the charity in everyday engagement with people, identifying matters that can be shared on social media, giving talks, being a good ambassador for the charity.• To play an active role in being part of the wider Flowhesion team to ensure that we achieve both our day to day and strategic objectives.
