Led end-to-end redesign of Kashcool\'s educational platform for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia markets. Delivered cross-platform solutions (mobile, tablet, web, landing page) and established brand identity with AI-powered learning features.Key Contributions. Conducted user research and defined product requirements for AI features targeting students preparing for curriculum studies and government university entrance exams. Redesigned core features: interactive video lessons, Quiz, 3D Experiment, and camera-based homework verification for instant textbook solution scanning. Designed an AI English Learning module with word formation, sentence practice, and voice-enabled conversation training using speak-to-learn interactions. Created a Subject AI Assistant for personalized doubt clarification with grade and subject-specific contextualization. Developed Qudurat and Tahsili exam preparation platform with practice, timed tests, video solutions, and performance analytics. Designed a gamification system, including streak maintenance, progress tracking, and achievement indicators to drive daily engagement in AI. Delivered unified cross-platform experience: native mobile app, tablet interface, responsive web application, and marketing landing page. Established brand identity with logo system, color palette, and scalable design system with reusable component library. Built high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma with animations, micro-interactions, and motion specifications for development handoff. Transform the basic platform into an AI-powered personalized education ecosystem serving diverse Middle Eastern student needs.
