   Successfully led multiple high-stake strategic projects: • Completed multiple carveouts across business units and regions, involving transfer of employees, payroll, benefits, client contracts, IT system changes, MIS reporting etc • Re-aligned and renamed multi country subsidiaries involving local compliances, client system and contract updates, employee transfers • Evaluated business viability and led legal entity and operations setup in new nearshore location • Led integration of multiple cross border acquisitions of varying complexity Responsible for on-going program management of Incentive Plan across all group companies: • Led the program from design stage through rollout including liaising with counsel on legal documentation, delivering employee training programs, creating models to calculate new grants • Developed process improvements to streamline administration globally • Established governance framework to ensure compliance with tax laws and terms of the plan • Each year forecast grants for future periods and model impact on cap table for future periods, based on financial projections • Support any incentive plan related issues/ questions across stakeholders like execs, employees, ex- and potential- employees Methodology used in my area of work: • Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans and lead cross functional teams to deliver desired outcomes • Assemble work groups, develop project plans, identify and mitigate risks, drive decisions to address critical path challenges, conflict resolution • Lead change management, communication strategies, training • Provide regular reports to leadership on project status, partner with executives to develop stakeholder alignment
