I have been a volunteer lead and co-lead for the Moms Cohort since the inception of the Talent Alliance Career Cohort Program. I run a weekly breakout session with the learners to provide them career related coaching and mentorship in the Salesforce ecosystem. Currently co-lead of the 5th session.

I have always been drawn to mission-driven work because I truly believe each one of us has the power to make a positive difference in our communities and living environments. I can relate with empathy to the differences and needs of people from diverse backgrounds and situations.\' I strongly believe that in order for solutions to be effective, we need to create them for diverse groups of people. As a passionate environmentalist I strongly believe that if we want to bring a change, a top-down approach does not work to find answers to our environmental problems. The generational wisdom at the local levels has to be used to the advantage of our larger global community. I pride myself on my ability to see the big picture as well as the smaller details at the same time. I have extensive experience working both in teams and independently. Easy to work with, I have always been perceptive and intuitive, making me the go to person for feedback on my colleagues’ writing and decision making. My entrepreneurial mindset leaves me eager to learn new things.
