ABOUT SHALINI NAGRANI

The first person to climb a mountain must do something that no one before them has done. This is a difficult path to take, it necessitates focusing on small increments of work effort – one small step at a time. Once the mountain is summitted, there is a responsibility to provide guidance (throw down a ladder) for the next person climbing this same mountain. Because of our genetic predisposition to pave the way for the generations that come after us, as each person summits, it becomes that much easier for the next person to summit and so forth. I aspire to conquer and summit as many metaphorical and physical mountains to create a legacy which will outlast my lifetime. At the onset of the pandemic, I was unemployed and confused about how I could align my talents with the highly competitive economic landscape. My lifeline in this time of turbulence was to focus on creating a path for the mountains I had already climbed. During this time, I co-authored and published a book: Stuff I Wish I Knew Earlier: Young Professionals Edition.My career experience involves titles and roles such as Product Manager, IT Consultant, Technical Writer, and Career Coach. However, I am much more than my titles, I am a published author, an entrepreneur, a teacher, and someone obsessed with delivering value. For over 15 years, I have been helping individuals find their sweet spot where their raw natural talent intersects with business needs. When I am not working helping people fulfill their potential, I love adventure and exploration working my way through multi-day hiking excursions on every continent.
