Full accountability for Change delivery for Enterprise Infrastructure, service ownership during APAC Hours from India Provide thought leadership for development of broader GTIS and group-wide Enterprise Platforms technology strategy & service management model. Hosting change management for internal projects, ensuring alignment of resources and at times having full end to end accountability as accountable executive Management of Risk and control delivery either through projects or as stand-alone items, relating to Barclays Internal Audit points, Srbanes Oxley, BICEP, Cyber and internally recognized control gaps. Responsible for operation of key ITIL elements for Service Delivery in India and working closely with Command Center function and global colleagues Support & imbed a target state service management framework for technical estate including internal Cloud alongside an external cloud provider, in line with technology architecture strategy set up by Group CTO. Shape and operate and integrate existing and new services delivered through a portfolio of transformation initiatives to delivery Enterprise Infrastructure Strategy. Participate in delivery of interim and future target operating model to enable seamless management of multiple cloud providers (internal & external) and the ongoing operation of existing technologies. Financial & business management of technologies that underpin Enterprise Platforms. Service Delivery of a major component infrastructure services in Enterprise Infrastructure – Mainframe, Midrange, Databases (Oracle, SQL, Mongo, Maria, DB2), Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, AIX), Storage & Project Management. Contract negotiations, SLA definitions, re-assessments and management of service delivery to agreed contractual SLAs & obligations
