I lead a dedicated payroll team of 22 people based in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll services for India. My role involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR Control partners, Audits, Internal Risk Management (IRM), Compensation, Benefits, Compliance Team, Global mobility, HR Business partners, HR Service delivery, HR IT Teams, Core Workday Product team, Finance and accounting, and other key business partners.Key Role Purpose at Wells Fargo is:The core services engage all workers, employees and support a core set of People services of Payroll, Workforce Administration and Time and Absence Management to all employees globally.
