Successfully completed three transition projects, optimizing reconciliation operations across 34 countries.As an Account Director and HR Evangelist at PR firm, I built strong client relationships, sourced new business, and mentored media relations teams in professionalism and personal growth.During an intentional career break, as a Film Marketing and PR Firm Owner, I provided Bollywood-related content to major entertainment websites and established partnerships for successful movie promotions.With a foundation in Retail Branch Banking with HDFC Bank and Quality Assurance with GE Capital, I bring expertise in sales guidance, process optimization, and productivity monitoring.But what truly drives me is the genuine connection I establish with people, the joy of witnessing their growth, and the meaningful impact that coaching can have on their lives.Now, with this opportunity to step into the role of Learning Partner, I am thrilled to utilize my experience to empower individuals and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth.
