A passionate educator and dynamic academic leader with almost 25 years of experience in teaching and school leadership, I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature, a Bachelor of Education from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership from Emeritus, Singapore.Over my career, I have served in leading international schools across India and have more than a decade of experience in senior leadership roles. My expertise spans strategic academic planning, curriculum implementation, and evaluation, with deep knowledge of both IB (PYP, MYP, DP) and Cambridge curricula. I have played a pivotal role in school authorisation and evaluation processes for IB and Cambridge programmes. Bestowed with several awards, I was also recognised for my contributions to education by Pearson International, UK, as I was awarded the International Leader of the Year 2022–23 from the Asia Region.A student-centred, visionary leader, I am known for fostering collaborative school cultures, mentoring educators, and driving innovative, holistic learning approaches.
