To Manage the overall project delivery as per customer/TCS expectations and plans. To ensure service delivery excellence-meet, improve and exceed Service Level Agreement.Area of Responsibility1.Business Communication Management- Publish Service dashboard on a periodic basis indicating account health 2. Ensure client and TCS related communication reaches to relevant stakeholders.3. Obtain client feedback-CSI and ensure implementation of suggestions/improvements financial Management- understand financial implications of the contract and implement necessary controls Manage WON cost budget, billing & utilisation, Revenue Realisatio, offshore ability, Senior/ Junior ratio and track outstanding receivables.Client Relationship- Conduct periodic review of operations and collect feedback from client & internal management on operational efficiency.Asses future requirements of client and apprise the SDO of the same.Risk Management- Maintain Multi-tower project level risk registerProactively identity people/process/technical risks Identify/ suggest mitigation plan and implement approved mitigation plans Ensure risks documentation/ communication/ escalation Quality Management- Conduct and facilitate PMR, Client Audit and other Audits on a periodic basis.Identify action items based on review and ensure closer of Audit Gaps Facilitate and validate process/ iQMS Compliance.
