Shalini is a qualified business psychologist having a strong background in psychometric assessment, change management, talent management, leadership development and soft skills training.As an individual who is passionate about human beings in general and human welfare in specific, complemented by her education into psychology, keen observational skills and empathetic demeanor, she is able to map and understand human behavior with great precision.In Human Capital consulting, her forte lies in developing customized psychometric tools for the purpose of selection and training; competency mapping; developing and conducting assessment and development centers; developing training modules; conducting experiential workshops and training, designing organisation strategy for people, talent strategy, talent management systems, leadership development and performance management. She specializes in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, with an emphasis on narratives.She is currently the Global Leadership Development Head at Genpact and is involved in designing impactful leadership development programs across levels.
