It is the world\'s largest container shipping company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing MBL Draft, Part BL Draft. Process bookings/shipments received from customers in accordance with shipping line terms and conditions. Co-ordinate with shipper for BL draft approval, amendment process. To ensure that the correct freight rates are input in accordance to the relevant service contract/tari. Conrming shipment to the customer within TAT. Maintain a good rapport with stake holders and customers. Perform case management with required TAT. Cancellation or rolling of bookings any subsequent changes to booking in the system. Process shipment as per shipping instruction and send verify copy to customer. If required, amend shipment on priority basis as per customer instruction. Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specic destination in accordance with export laws and regulations. Ensure timely processing of export shipments. Constant communication with the local & overseas oce regarding documentation issue before and after vessel sails.
