Responsible for supporting over 381 stores in states like Minnesota, Iowa, North & South Dakota, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Nebraska, Montana and Wyoming with all their facility data need.#Analyzing, reporting and supporting region by fetching data from Service Channel for all Regional managers, General Maintenance Manager, HVAc managers for optimum performance of their region.#Using tools like Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, Pivot tables, Power point to mine data for demonstration and optimum technicians and store performance.#Assisting and supporting 17 different sub regions and helping them improve their KPI\'s and other key matrix.#Analyzing financial data to provide solution for an efficient Repair/Replace matrix.#Assisting Stores and Region order Equipment\'s by effectively using Confluence.#Working closely with teams like Parts, Equipment, Vendor Management Team to procure equipment\'s, parts and smooth functioning of our region by utilizing Vendor\'s support when required.#Working as Region\'s Staffing Lead and helping in optimizing the process of hiring of General Maintenance Manager, HVAC Managers along with several technicians by providing key information to HR.#Helping Legal team by fetching data from Service Channel for various trades.#Single point of contact for region and responsible for fulfilling all ad-hoc request from Director, Regionals, General Maintenance Manager, HVAC managers and all technicians.
