About Shalin Gehlot
Hi there, I’m Shalin. What drives me is a deep curiosity about human behavior. That curiosity led me to Industrial-Organizational Psychology, where I explored the science behind workplace behavior, and later to User Experience Research at Meta, where I studied how people interact with technology. Whether it\'s understanding what makes employees engaged or how users experience emerging tech, my focus has always been on uncovering insights that drive meaningful change. Now, I’m looking to bring that same analytical mindset back into People Analytics—a space where I can not only assess and recommend but actively shape better workplaces and see the impact firsthand. I bring a human-centered, data-driven approach to problem-solving. My experience in UXR has sharpened my ability to think like a customer—whether that’s an end-user, an employee, or a business leader. I believe data only becomes valuable when it’s actionable. That’s why I focus on collaboration and storytelling—translating insights into meaningful change, simplifying complex findings, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure data drives real impact. I don’t just analyze data; I ensure insights are understood, trusted, and used to drive better decisions. Let’s connect and talk about the future of work, the challenges of scaling culture in organizations, or the art of hitting the perfect forehand on the court. Looking forward to great conversations!
