Overall Key Task Handled:To develop and establish the Quality system & standard for of Automotive sheet metal & Tubular parts for the process of press shop of Sheet metal, Welding/Robotic welding, and assembly & Testing. Four wheeler Parts like (Chassis, and all sheet metal parts), Welding shop, Press shop-Sheet Metal, Tubular pipe welding, and Steel Processing in Automobile Industries.Responsible for implementation of ISO/TS16949 QMS and continuous improvement of the quality system and supports the organization in implementing and following up quality improvement programs, coordination of certification to ISO TS 16949 throughout the business group.[1] Knowledge of all Quality Tools, Product and processes, Quality systems like ISO/TS 16949:2008,TPM, Problem solving tools, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, 5 ’S’.Knowledge of Documentation of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Control Chart(SPC) and Six Sigma Tools.[2] To facilitate various external audits and assist the concerned departments to ensure completion of corrective actions on the NCRs raised during the external audits & to prepare MIS on audit findings, pending NCRs, the status of major NCRs, and the plan for Corrective Action.[3] Quality planning of the product and adherence of quality plan in the field of Machining and forging Process, for gears and axle manufacturing & maintenance of Calibration of measuring instruments/Gauges for inspection & testing purpose.[4] Endurance test of chassis, leaf spring assembly and carried of different types of destructive & nondestructive test of the product.[5] Handling Customer complaint & analysis on customer’s prescribed formats, A3 Sheet, 8D Sheet & Implementation of Quality System as per ISO 16949 in the area of Welding, Sheet metal, Machining, paint shop and Assembly shop.[6] Implementation of SPC/SQC techniques, MSA, Study of process Capability, Documentation & Implementation for - Quality System.
