Steward strategic collaborations with prospective and funded partners. • Design and lead the HEF’s community-engaged decision making process for prioritizing investments in proposed projects including the coordination of the HEF’s Community Advisory Committee (CAC).• Work in collaboration with health district staff and partners to develop program plans required for submission to the City detailing the scope for funded projects.• Organize and collate HEF materials, data, and systems through ongoing cycles of funding—including collating stakeholder input, gathering structured details on prospective projects for investment, facilitating evaluation of proposals, and monitoring implementation and impact.• Champion efficiencies and improvements in the design and delivery of the HEF. • Coordinate with business administration staff to complete all tasks for approved partners receiving HEF investments. Ensure timely and accurate completion of standardized contracts, invoices, and related administrative documentation.• Administer required reporting with funded partners, ensuring accurate and timely collection or necessary quantitative and qualitative reporting with an emphasis on assisting partner organizations to successfully and manageably complete reporting that captures key aspects of their work and impact. • Develop internal and external summaries to capture the HEF’s quarterly, annual, and ongoing priorities and impacts.
