In 2015, I led the NetSuite team at EndoChoice through an IPO. That experience taught me the difference between a system that closes and a system that withstands institutional scrutiny. When auditors demand traceability, SOX compliance, and defensible controls, functional workflows are not enough.Most NetSuite partners treat governance as an internal problem. They implement, hand off, and assume clients will figure out controls and documentation on their own. They do not.I founded SuiteSciens in 2017 because CFOs kept saying the same thing:\"We need help, but everyone wants to rebuild.\" I focus on the space between go-live and institutionalized. That is where governance either takes root or collapses.Today, I work with CFOs at growth-stage, revenue-complex organizations where audit exposure is not theoretical and system maturity has not kept pace with financial complexity. I believe in discipline over heroics.
