Global Raw Materials Data Management Lead – Kenvue (OTC & Nutritional Products | APAC, EMEA, NA, LATAM)* Manage global raw material data related to Kenvue’s OTC and Nutritional product formulations across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions.* Connect with stakeholders and Kenvue’s RM suppliers through continuous collaboration and communication to ensure timely and accurate documentation for material compliance, toxicology risk assessment, and regulatory clearance.* Ensure data integrity by scrutinizing supplier-provided information, address technical queries and maintaining a centralized repository accessible to Kenvue stakeholders.* Drive continuous improvement of digital platforms using AI tools to automate processes, reduce redundancy, and improve turnaround time.* Support Kenvue’s sustainability initiatives by managing data related to RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) and supplier-specific carbon footprint reporting.* Provide leadership through people management, strategic planning, and effective resolution of critical issues and escalations.* Foster collaboration through clear, impactful communication and decision-making to drive successful outcomes.
