Now the team strength is of 251 resources.• Supporting PAN India hiring managing complete recruitment delivery, operations and governance for “4” vice presidents, site leads and many senior leaders reporting to them.• In a short span contributed in increasing panel participation in evaluating the candidates, conducted several leadership calls to convince and introduce a “performance goal” - minimum numbers of interviews against each employee. It also contributed to reduce panel dependency and also had a positive impact on total time to fill.• Promote employer branding interventions partnering with internal teams to attract top talent.• Partnered with forums like Geek Goddess, Women in Tech. for diversity recruiting.• Created diversity playbooks for LGBTQ, Veteran’s and PWD hiring.• Analyze recruitment metrics and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.• Employer Branding point of contact from India perspective.
