Visualised and articulated operational and financial strategies and objectives resulting into alignment of costs with the profitability, resulting into an annual TCO reduction of over 17%. Steered effective utilization of man and material resources for the whole of Europe & SA region resulting into optimized organizational structure and cost effectiveness, giving an increase of 60% productivity. Identified and developed local vendors for import substitution with close coordination on specifications and quality, lately for the LTE and 3G technologies. Developed and enhanced Supplier relationships to achieve most preferred customer status from a situation of unknown customer, there by maximising value for money and reducing TCO. Merit of setting up and optimizing the total end to end logistics solution for all the regions I worked, Terminals and Equipment both, thereby reducing the lead time by over 28%.
