This includes strengthening relationships with partners, identifying and addressing improvements to working together to support those from diverse backgrounds and authentically and historically marginalized communities, and implementing equitable and best practices and continued communication strategies.· Conduct outreach, orientations, and informational events, continuously developing community partners, educational partners, and training and service providers.· Facilitate and participate in targeted events to promote diversity in the energy industry by bringing awareness of the sector\'s skilled trade careers.· Participate in continuous quality improvement and data-driven decision-making processes to assess the efficacy of programming and to drive programmatic refinements. Ensure adherence to data collection requirements.
