I have over 4 years of experience in various facets of Management primarily Human Resources involving Communication, Analytics, special projects, employee relations, employee experience, HRIS, HR consulting, Change initiatives, End to End Talent Acquisition activities (preparing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates), PPT and excel related activities conducting scrum meetings with senior management, employee engagement activities, employee grievance handling, apart from analyzing and gathering insights from employee surveys. I am an avid fan of linguistics, hence I enjoy reading, writing, and learning languages. I have also worked as a content writer in the past. I am fluent in French (B2 - Alliance Francaise, Chandigarh, B1 - Alliance Francaise, Chandigarh, and A2 - Alliance Francaise Pondicherry ) and I have also pursued a German language course (A2 - Panjab University).
