I am a seasoned Project Controls professional with 16 years of focused experience in the Oil and Gas industry, spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream projects across India, Middle East and Southeast Asia. Currently leading a team of schedulers supporting global turnarounds from India. I specialize in driving planning/scheduling excellence along with cost controls during FEL and execution phases, with a focus on standardization, productivity and technical leadership.Throughout my career, I\'ve executed a diverse portfolio of projects - from well construction and surface facilities in E&P, to city gas distribution and brownfield/greenfield EPC projects for major capital assets. I have also led schedule development and performance tracking for complex turnaround projects in Qatar (QP,QChem). I\'ve delivered high-impact results on fast-track brownfield projects and led schedule performance on million-to-billion-dollar assets from FEED to closeout.Certified in Primavera P6 and APM, I bring hands-on experience in P6, SAP, Power BI, Acumen Fuse, and Safran, enabling data-driven scheduling, risk visibility, and execution confidence.
