I have also worked on stress analysis using ANSYS Mechanical.Experience highlights:• Modelled and analysed a rotating heat exchanger for geophysical applications• Performed end-to-end CAD → CAE → CFD workflows• Industrial exposure at Cochin Shipyard Limited, with focus on safety and engineering discipline.I focus on applying thermal fundamentals and simulation tools to help engineering teams analyse systems, reduce design uncertainty and improve safety and performance.    Structural and Thermal Analysis of Rotational Heat Exchanger (Geophysical Experimental Setup):• Designed and assembled a 15 component geophysical heat exchanger in Siemens NX and performed its stress analysis using Ansys Mechanical.• Identified critical stress zones and safety factor.• Currently performing CFD analysis of the same assembly to find temperature fluctuations and heat exchanger efficiency
