Throughout my career, I have honed a diverse skill set, including expertise in worker issues, health, family planning services, client mobilization, government liaisoning, strategy development, and team leadership. My commitment to addressing the unique needs of informal sector workers, particularly Street Vendors and Domestic Workers, deepened during my tenure as a Project Coordinator for the Punarnirman project at I actively engage in various platforms and organizations in Uttar Pradesh, all dedicated to enhancing workers\' well-being. My strengths include organizing capacity enhancement events, project implementation, creating Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, networking, liaisoning, advocacy, and executing campaign programs at district and state levels. My extensive network and experience have given me an in-depth understanding of government policies impacting the informal sector, and my exceptional communication skills allow me to prepare comprehensive project reports efficiently.
