Responsible for mobilisation of a new building with occupancy of up to 2,500 BT employees, establishing and embedding new processes, procedures and systems of working. End-to-end recruitment of a dedicated Workplace Services team. Effective team management, ensuring smooth delivery of Reception, Floor Hosts, Events Lead and Events Coordinator across an 11-floor site. Carried out extensive building Inductions for staff, created a Workplace Services ‘Meet the Team’ guide and extensive set-up and distribution of lockers. Support and triage of minor tech issues, escalating to IT as required. Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to the Workplace Services team, including 1:1s, promoting and encouraging a supportive team culture of openness and transparency and a focus on RISE values, inclusion and diversity. Providing important Communications updates to staff via packages such as Microsoft Teams. Generating ideas, creating, planning and delivering fun activities and social enterprise events, including the site Grand Opening day. Building strong working relationships with directors, stakeholders and BT delivery partners, ensuring myself and the team are their first point of contact for any issues as well as developing effective relationships with IT, security, cleaning and catering teams to collaboratively contribute to the successful management of the building.
