Engineering Advisory Board (Eab) Member - all Accessories Department @General Motors

One of five EAB Team Members, from a total of approximately ninety Accessories Dept. Team Members. • Conduct empathy interviews with the Accessories Dept. team members, with the objective to obtain feedback on what they feel that the department and the company, as a whole, are already doing well, and where there may be opportunities for continuous improvements. The feedbacks are plotted and presented anonymously to the Management Team, in order to take action on items that have been brought up as potential for continuous improvements. • Conduct speed networking events, to give Accessories Dept. team members an opportunity to network with the Management Team and get to know them better on both a professional and personal level. • Host team building and morale building events, for the entire Accessories Dept, such as: team picnic, sports outings and tailgating, team milestone ceremonies/celebrations, potluck events, etc.
