I lead DeepStar Global Offshore Technology Research and Development Consortium which has dozens of members including 10 Oil and Gas companies as Core/Board Members, 17 manufacturing and oil service companies, and universities as Associate Members. Besides its Associate Members, a couple of dozens of other service companies work on DeepStar projects which cover a wide spectrum of oil and gas offshore development projects. DeepStar focuses on technology acceleration and commercialization in the areas of drilling completion and intervention, sub-sea systems, flow assurance, floating systems, met-ocean, operations, geoscience and reservoir engineering. DeepStar is Oil and Gas industry’s longest running and most successful offshore technology development consortium and it has generated significant value to its members and the industry. It targets to advance the technologies to meet its members\' offshore business needs to deliver increased production and reserves.
