Delivers training programs to field merchandisers to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated Walmart locations. Conducts hands-on training and providing ongoing support to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers. • Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers, including manu- als, presentations, and visual aids. • Travels up to 75 miles within assigned territory. • Conducts on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers on standards, prod- uct features, and promotional campaigns. • Trains field merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize visual impact and sales. • Provides hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits to reinforce training concepts and address performance gaps. • Collaborates with field managers to identify training needs and prioritize skill development areas. • Monitors and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback. • Updates training materials based on product changes, guidelines, and industry trends. • Supports new product launches and store resets with timely training sessions and resources. • Serves as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activi- ties. • Fosters a positive learning environment and culture of continuous improvement among field mer- chandisers. • Covers open territories executing client-specific work.
