An improvement of capacity by 45% was achieved using the model to support planned ramp up of the channel in 2025- Successfully contributed to High Volume Events planning in MENA (e.g, Ramadan Sales, Prime Day, End-of-Year Sales) as capacity planning leader to ensure all stations were set with configurations to solve for the elevated volume demands.
