Conducts weekly meetings with respective managers within the Federal Civilian (FedCiv) sector.• Consults with project management, providing HR guidance for programs supporting federal clients.• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies specific to the FedCiv sector.• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues within the sector, ensuring effective, thorough, and objective investigations.• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal and contractual requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees supporting federal clients, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to project managers (e.g, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) across the FedCiv programs.• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention within the sector.• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure compliance with company and federal client standards.• Identifies training needs for business units and individual employees within the FedCiv sector.• Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; follows up to ensure training objectives are met.• Manages onboarding and offboarding processes for employees within the Federal Civilian sector
