My coaching philosophy centers on accountability, intentional habits, and long-term growth, principles I apply daily in both my personal and professional work.At FNBO, I’m a senior engineer within the cloud platform space, where I played a key role in a critical enterprise cloud migration to AWS. In this capacity, I served as a liaison between 15 technical team leads, multiple project managers, and 12 contractors, helping ensure a smooth transition while promoting accountability and professional development within the AWS platform team. By applying coaching-driven practices, I helped elevate team performance, strengthen SDLC discipline, and contribute to a 15 percent increase in team productivity.My technical expertise spans AWS architecture, infrastructure as code, and Terraform, where I designed and deployed reusable modules that improved deployment speed and system reliability by approximately 20 percent. I’m known for bridging technical and business domains, enabling informed decision-making across cross-functional initiatives.
