   POSITION SUMMARY:Financial Reporting team is responsible for the monthly reporting of various portfolios. The financial remittance reports are sent to Investors/Trusts on the contractual due dates based on the pooling and servicing agreements. This position will report to the Team Lead and will be responsible for monthly finance reporting of portfolios assigned as well as ensure qualitative and quantitative standards are met.Responsibilities• Prepare monthly financial remittance reports and delinquency reports for investors/trusts. • Preparation of budgeting and forecasting of funds to be remitted to the clients and reporting to the management and helping in creating reserves in custodial accounts.• Cash Flow Analysis - Forecasting of cash flows and facilitates fund transfer; this also includes movements of funds from custodial to client wise custodial account. • Facilitate the accurate and timely submission of financial reports and funds transfer to investors and trusts as specified by the servicing agreement.• Identification of non-performing portfolio, proactive research to convert into income generating investments also assist with solution implemented in protecting investor. • Investment Grade Bond analysis which includes budgeting and forecasting of future cash flows and allocation of assured remittance amount to respect portfolio. • Multi-task and troubleshoot issues that arise on reconciling difference and assist with prompt resolution also to work with automation team to improve the existing process and reduce cost. • Perform financial analysis and comparison of financial remittance reports to trustee prepared financial reports, if applicable, and ensure the proper and accurate identification and clearing of all variances.
