A highly accomplished and commercially focused Strategic Technology and Digital Leader with over 21 years in the industry, delivering projects and unifying and leading engineering, product development and commercial (sales and marketing) channels across a range of industry sectors including financial services and insurance.Following the completion of my degree in Computer Science, I began building my career as a programme Manager within a digital agency, developing key skills in project management, internal business operations and communications, negotiation and building effective stakeholder relationships.As my career progressed, I assumed leadership roles, combining product development and technology to solve business problems whilst managing multi-disciplined teams of varying size and pursuing the understanding of organisational dynamics and the people, processes and technology that can make them more effective.Comfortable devising and executing company-wide and go-to-market strategies, envisioning and delivering digital products and transforming organisations through the implementation of infrastructure design, cutting-edge technology and work-flow process reengineering.
