Job role as Source to Pay Process Manager responsible for driving source to pay project and process transformation under UK vendor management team for Deloitte UK member firm. People Management for vendor management, procurement and vendor compliance team. Lead end to end source to pay processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and process accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, engagement, finance, compliance, master data management and accounts payable etc, to align S2P processes with business objectives and ensure seamless operations. Manage and optimize the use of S2P systems and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support effective data management. Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, implementing controls to mitigate risks associated with procurement and payment activities. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the S2P process, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Mentor and train team members on S2P processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Implement new processes and provide guidance, training support to the Business stakeholder and team members regarding the new or updated processes for executing day to day operations effectively. Publish Service now dashboards, standard operating procedures, training manuals, Knowledge articles Lead multiple transformation projects and program under UK remit.
