Currently working as a Sr. Business System Analyst in the Crew Comp Application project to automate the current manual process of Crew pay/compensation for the Crew Comp Team of American Airlines under the program of Flight Operations and Crew Technology system. In addition, highly involved with the FOI/FOS Integration project I participated in Joint Service Implementation Committee (JSIC) sessions for review, approval, and sign-off of Business Requirement Documents to adhere to the JCBA contractual language, as interpreted by the users. Created and documented complex system requirements for the FOS changes needed to accommodate the Vacation Management system (VMS), Annual Vacation Bidding Awards (AVBA), and Pay Protection for Flight Attendants.Responsibilities:• Member of software development team focusing on FOS enhancements for Flight Attendant Reserve Availability Period for Flight Attendants.• Identifies and documents scope and requirements on multiple projects in FOS.• Proactively communicated and collaborated with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivered the following artifacts: Project Plans, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs); Business Communication Documents (BCDs), Test Case Documents (TCDs) for QA and UAT Technical Requirements include architecture, interfaces, security and business continuity; user stories and Use Case documentation.• Collaborated with developers, architects, subject matter experts, and other IT team members to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.• Responsible for providing analytical support in the Design, Development, and Implementation of projects.• Used HP ALM/Quality Center bug tracking tool to analyze and capture bugs, and track and manage the dashboard for any type of updates for project release.
