I have been part of the Color Depot family since 2007 and have grown as an individual and a professional. I oversee and am involved with all aspects of Color Depot.Color Depot Inc is a commercial printing company located in Glendale CA since 1997. I\'m here to help you with all your printing needs. Whether you need brochures, catalogs, envelopes, or letterheads for your business. Or if you\'re going to participate in trade shows and need large format printing of banners and posters. Please keep in mind I work with a lot of Home Health Care offices and can help you with your booklets and forms. Or maybe you\'re in need of packaging for a product of yours. I work very closely with my clients in the cosmetic industry and the CBD/Cannabis industry to make sure they get the best labels and boxes for their products. Please keep in mind, we are a custom printing company and will help you design and print your boxes. We do everything in house and I work very closely with all my clients.I\'m a people person!    Manage the performance and optimize core departments - Customer Service, Accounting, Marketing, and Warehouse.• Manage the supply inventory; order supplies, negotiate with vendors on pricing, work closely with the Accounting department to make sure we are within our budget, research and solicit new vendors to cut expenses.• Formulate and implement manufacturing policies and procedures.• Work closely with the Marketing department and implement marketing strategies to help the company grow.• Evaluate new market opportunities and assess the marketing strategy needed to acquire and retain customers for this new market.• Track and analyze sales reports, with appropriate action and recommendations for follow-up patterns and improvements.• Implement and monitor new policies for the Customer Service department. Ensure the customer service provided by employees exceeds expectations and all employees are performing above satisfaction level in regards to addressing customer service issues.• Supervise and evaluate all employees in the Customer Service, Human Resources, Marketing, and Warehouse departments.• Recruit and hire all new staff for all the departments: create job descriptions, post job postings in various outlets, review resumes, interview candidates, and make final decision on hiring all new staff.• Oversee the Human Resources department to ensure proper handling of personnel issues and proper paperwork filing. • Work closely with the executive directors in company budgeting and future long term projects.• Maintain the required compliance filings and documentation for the company.• Work closely with the IT department in developing and implementing search engine optimization for an interactive website for our customers to receive instant quotes and place online orders.
