As an Event Intern at 16 Tech, I support the planning and execution of community events, corporate activations, and stakeholder experiences in one of Indianapolis’ leading innovation hubs. My responsibilities include on-site logistics, event setup and teardown, client coordination, vendor communication, and calendar management. I contribute to the success of diverse experiences—ranging from pitch competitions and community festivals to private tours and networking events—held at 16 Tech’s HqO Innovation Hub. Through this role, I’ve strengthened my skills in event coordination, client service, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to an inclusive and entrepreneurial environment that champions innovation and community engagement.
