I had 9 transfers in 10 years covering four states and I could learn a lot at diverse places. I (single handedly) was given the chance to develop a Banking software and in 2001 was given a chance to test the software in a rural branch. I further got a chance to test the software when the Bank decided to redesignate me back to mainstream from software development, and was permitted to link my banking software with the result that my efficiency increased and I was able to increase the profit of my branch by 400%, for which I was awarded as Best Manager. I am probably the only person in the world who after getting the award gets a Compulsory Retirement order shortly on whimsical charges. Lucky to get the high and low of life from the same organisation. Post \'retirement\' in 2003, I took up software development and till 2013 developed a huge number of softwares, the count of which I have lost. But one software took me 10 years, and was ahead of its times, I couldn\'t bring it out to the world. please see the link of its video is here https://youtu.be/FUZ1v0jO-WE?si=HCpsby8O3hdMFwyo In 2013, I returned to my core area, and was involved with FPOs, SHGs, Organic Agriculture etc. As a software developer with knowledge of Banking and Finance, working with FPOs and with God\'s Grace I was able to develop India\'s First FPO Business Planning Software called Basic Enterprises Solution Toolkit (BEST) which can generate Smart Business Plans for FPOs.
