Co-founded Amandala with my sister, Zailya Omamo-Tidwell. Our foundation offers free support for Black and POC youth in Germany by helping them recognise and develop their potential. Our initiatives include- Free tutoring in multiple school subjects across various year groups, led by volunteer mentors- Workshops on topics such as- Discrimination and racism in schools: how to respond and where to seek support - Application and CV training - Guidance for parents on navigating the German school system (focus on Berlin/Brandenburg)- Educational and cultural outings, including museum and theatre visits, city tours, and more
